Lay-By Terms
In order to make an
official agreement
the Lay-by
statement must
be signed and posted
to Extreme Dirt Bikes.
By signing below
you, the purchaser,
agree to the below
listed terms:
- The duration
of the lay-by is
strictly 12 weeks
or less
- A non-refundable
deposit of 25 %
of the total purchase
price is required
at the start of
the lay by term
- Weekly payments
of the agreed amount
are to be to made
regularly
- Payment can
be made via our
various payment
methods available
please refer to
our "Payment
Methods"
page.
- Goods will be
dispatched only
after the complete
payment is made.
Cancellation
Fees
- A 25% (of the
total purchase
price) re-stocking
fee will apply
to any cancelled
lay-by.
- All cancellations
are to be made
in writing and
forwarded to
