Replacement parts for faulty goods will be provided upon receipt of the faulty part and is subject to our inspection. If it is to be found that the fault is a manufacturing fault and is still covered by warranty we will assist in the supply of the replacement part. Please allow shipping time for these parts.

The bikes cannot be returned should you change your mind. We do not accept returns.
Upon sale, the purchaser accepts full responsibility for the condition and any repairs. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the bike is regularly serviced and well maintained in the same manner as you would your own motor vehicle.
We import and resell these bikes in new, unused condition, and undamaged .

We under no circumstances take responsibility for any damage arising from insufficient or improper use or maintenance of these vehicles (this includes any modifications or lost parts through usage).

Please understand that once your vehicle is dispatched we take no further responsibility for any damage occurred.
